Panorama of Higher Learning
a one-of-a-kind summer experience for teens
The Panorama program takes summer learning and engagement to a higher level! This is an exciting and fun opportunity for teenagers to explore possible degrees and career paths. Visit different parts of McGill for workshops, activities, and tours. Participants meet and learn from McGill faculty and professionals in the field. Through Panorama, get engaged in cutting-edge current research and meet like-minded peers.
There are two sessions of Panorama. To make the program enriching for participants who attend both sessions, they engage in different workshops and visit different parts of McGill in each session. The exact schedule for each session is confirmed closer to the start of the program, depending on the availability of McGill’s faculty and facilities.

The price includes admissions for daily field trips and all material supplies, but does not include food on the days when participants can purchase their meals.
Will it be at the same location as Summer Camp?
No, it will be held at the McGill campus, which is separate from our usual Summer Camp location.
Will it be the same in both sessions?
No, the program changes in each session, to ensure that it is an enriching experience for the participants who sign up for all 4 weeks.
Explorations has historically provided the opportunity for learners from low-income families to participate through subsidized scholarships. Students are identified by pedagogical constultants from the EMSB, and these exceptional young scholars elevate our classes with unique contributions.
Due to budget cuts from the provincial government, over 30 children in our community may miss out on a summer filled with learning, joy, and connection.
