Learn how to shoot safely with a combination of target practice, games, and archery tag!
Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step, emphasizing focus, technique, and most importantly, safety. Use real hunting-quality bows, and learn how to fire a variety of arrow types with accuracy.

Fuse diverse art forms into unique creations by mixing different physical mediums. From sculpture and collage, to painting on 3D surfaces, you will make your objects move with the power of stop-motion animation.

You’ll also learn how to bring found objects to life, blending different techniques to create dynamic art pieces that tell stories.

From designing characters and scenes to animating your creations, this course invites you to think outside the box and build artworks that transcends boundaries.

Take to the stars! In this activity, you will learn real astrophysics, understanding our universe on a deeper level than ever before. Lessons in astrophysics are combined with safe rocketry projects and hands-on physics experiments.

Campers will prepare a variety of cookies inspired by baking traditions from different cultures. They will practice measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking while learning how ingredients and temperature affect texture and flavor. The activity introduces basic baking science alongside simple cultural context, and emphasizes following recipes, working safely, and collaborating in the kitchen.

This activity focuses on foundational baking skills through the preparation of cakes, breads, and pastries. Campers will learn techniques such as mixing batters, kneading dough, and working with yeast and leavening agents. Instruction highlights how chemical reactions and heat influence structure and rise, while reinforcing kitchen safety, precision, and teamwork.

Calling all future stars! In this exciting activity, campers will team up to form their own band and create original songs.

Whether you dream of sounding like Taylor Swift, BTS, or the next big chart-toppers, you’ll learn the basics of songwriting, melody, and rhythm.

Our instructor will guide you through the creative process, from writing lyrics to performing with confidence. Perfect for young music lovers, this fun and dynamic experience will have you feeling like the next big thing in music!

In this activity, you will:

This activity introduces campers to complex tabletop games, including role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, and strategy-based board games like Root, Scythe, and Eclipse.

Win arguments and persuade people with the power of your reason!

Campers will develop clear communication skills through structured debates, short speeches, and group discussions. They will practice organizing ideas, speaking confidently, and listening respectfully to others.

The debate topics are age-appropriate and politcally neutral. This activity emphasizes reasoning, evidence, and constructive feedback in a supportive environment.

Learn how to create your own 2D and 3D animations using computers and tablets. From drawing characters to bringing them to life with movement, you’ll explore the basics of animation and design.

Are you an avid music fan with a passion to create new tunes? In our Digital Music activity, our learners have the chance to create music on their computer! All you need is a love and curiosity for music. In this activity, you will learn how to arrange and layer different parts of the song. You’ll master aspects of music creation like tempo. Write awesome chord progressions, epic melody and lead sections, and then learn how to mix all the parts of song together with extra effects.

Using sewing, sculpting, and textile techniques, you’ll bring characters to life. Each of your creations will have its own personality and backstory, from the clothes they wear to the expressions on their faces. As you learn different crafting methods, you’ll discover how fabric and thread can tell powerful stories.

Learn how to draw anything you can see or imagine! With this activity led by an arts master, you will discover the tricks and techniques of great art. Your creations will become more substantial through lessons on creating the illusion of depth and the feeling of weight. You will also learn about human proportions, enabling you to create realistic portraits and figure drawings. Lessons also extend to the creation of textures (like fur and brick) as well as landscape drawings, teaching participants how to create richly detailed worlds on paper. Your sketchbook will become a portfolio of your work, documenting the progress of your increasingly impressive drawings. By the end of this activity, you will stun your family and friends with your improved artistry.

Student Summary: “This was the first art activity I took where we actually learned how to draw. Some of the lessons were hard, but my art got way better with every lesson, so it was worth it.”

Learn to harness the power of electricity! Make your creations move with motors, play sounds with speakers, and so much more! To make your awesome physical constructions come to life, you will go through the 4 stages of the engineering process: designing, prototyping, testing and revising. At the end of the two weeks, you will have a deeper understanding of electronics and will practice using a variety of tools to connect the circuits and wires, such as soldering irons.

Express your personal fashion taste by creating your very own garments! You will design an item by going through all the steps of measuring yourself, cutting the cloth, sewing it together, and adding extras for style. Campers will learn about the fashion industry, and upcycling will be encouraged.

En garde! In this activity, you will learn the sport of fencing (swordfighting). From fancy footwork to fabulous flourishes, this activity teaches everything necessary to take up a sword and safely challenge others. With proper protective equipment and supervision in a controlled environment, campers are given a taste of medieval combat.

You’ll learn how airplanes, helicopters, and even rockets stay in the air by learning the science of lift, thrust, drag, and gravity. You’ll also design and test your own paper planes, gliders, and rocket models, experimenting with different shapes and designs to see what flies best. Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a pilot or an engineer, this hands-on adventure will help you understand the forces that make flight possible — and let you take your creations to new heights!

Get ready to explore the power of plants in this hands-on gardening and biology adventure! You’ll visit urban parks, gardens, and the beautiful Falaise St Jacques forest to discover how plants grow, thrive, and support the environment. From planting seeds to identifying local flora, you’ll learn about ecosystems, plant biology, and the importance of nature. Whether you’re digging in the dirt or observing the forest, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how plants shape our world.

Campers will design and test their own original sports using provided equipment. They will create rules, scoring systems, and safety guidelines, then refine their games through playtesting. The activity encourages creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while reinforcing fair play and physical safety.

Craft stunning accessories for your friends, for your family, for yourself, or just for fun! Learn techniques to create unique rings, bracelets and earrings. Working with wire, string and chain, you will explore the different possibilities for beads, glasswork and insets. The instructor also explains how to use the technical components of jewelry, such as clasps, pins, hooks, tabs, etc. After two weeks, you’ll take home jewelry that can be cherished forever.

Become the master of AI by learning how it works! This activity is led by an instructor who worked for Apple developing neural-network AI systems, so she can answer questions you’ve always had about AI.

Learn about computation involved in AI, language processing, and the ethics of AI. 

Grounded in a solid understanding of AI, you will be guied in the use of AI tools to generate everything from apps, music and art to entire imaginary countries. This activity will teach you how to harness the power of AI.

This activity explores how math is applied in real-world systems.

Campers will learn how computers use math for logic and decision-making, and how financial math supports budgeting, pricing, and planning.

Through guided simulations, campers will manage virtual businesses such as theme parks or game studios, applying math to make strategic decisions.

Campers will create digital projects using audio and video editing tools. They will learn basic techniques such as recording, trimming, sequencing, and adding effects while planning and producing short media pieces. The activity emphasizes creativity, storytelling, and responsible use of digital media.

Make your very own world miniature world! Learn techniques for sculpting tiny characters and objects, filling handmade landscapes with awesome little creations. Work with your choice of materials: will you have green hills covered in modelling grass, or make a sandy desert temple next to an oasis? From colourful clay to carpentry supplies, we have every you need to realize the world of your dreams.

Lights, camera, action! Make your own movie, going through the entire creative process: write scripts, film the scenes, and edit it all together into the next big motion picture. Learn how to film with high-quality cameras and lighting rigs. Use special effects magic tricks like greenscreens. Make move magic!

Embark on exciting Nature Adventures in Montreal! You’ll explore the hidden wonders of local parks, forests, and green spaces, discovering how nature thrives in the heart of the city. From identifying plants and animals to learning about ecosystems and urban wildlife, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how nature and city life connect.

This activity makes extensive use of the Falaise St Jacques forest, which is just a few hundred meters from campus. Campers learn by exploring and observing wildlife, and this hands-on adventure will help you appreciate the power of nature in urban spaces.

Origami is more than just folding paper; it’s a timeless art form that offers a unique blend of creativity and connection. In this activity, campers explore the fascinating world of origami, discovering its cultural significance and unlocking their creative potential. Learn fundamental folding techniques and explore a variety of traditional and contemporary designs.

We live in a world that is overflowing with digital images. In this activity, you will learn how to take epic photos! Use professional DSLR cameras to shoot stunning portraits, landscapes and more. Learn how to control and adjust for lighting, how to frame your shots perfectly, how to get the perfect focus, and more. Periods of shooting pictures are followed by editing sessions, where the instructor explains how to achieve masterful effects for the final pictures.

With a combination of engineering simulators and hands-on projects, you’ll design buildings and test how they stand strong—or collapse—based on the forces at play. In real-life activities, you’ll build and test structures, like bridges and towers, to see how different materials and designs hold up. It’s all about experimenting, learning, and having fun while discovering the power of physics!

Learn how to create pixelated characters, scenes, and animations. You’ll explore the basics of design and motion, turning tiny squares into cool artwork and bringing your creations to life with movement. Whether you’re making a retro game character or a fun animated scene, you’ll discover how pixel art can tell a story in every frame.

You’ll also explore the science of sound—how waves travel, how microphones work, and how to make your voice sound its best. Whether you’re telling stories, interviewing friends, or sharing ideas, you’ll discover how sound and technology come together to create the perfect podcast.

Get your hands in the clay and create spectacular pottery pieces in this activity. The instructor will introduce the basics of working with clay, and then you’ll dive in to gain hands-on experience with techniques like banding, coiling, folding, rolling, stamping, and more.

Create unique robots with Lego! Design robots to overcome challenges, coding them to think their way through obstacles. Learn how to use sensors and motors in order to build autonomous robots. In this activity, you will make robots that can dance, throw and catch, and fight sumo competitions. 

Empower yourself with Self-Defense: Martial Arts & Social Arts! In this activity, you’ll learn basic martial arts techniques for protecting yourself while also exploring social skills like confidence, respect, and teamwork. You’ll practice movements and strategies that boost strength, balance, and awareness, while also understanding how to navigate real-life situations with composure. Learn about the fascinating field of textiles, weaving knowledge and creativity together to make your very own fabrics. Some of the techniques that you will be exploring are: weaving with looms, natural dyeing, block printing, stenciling, flower/ leaf imprinting, and painting on fabric.

Explore the magic of stage performance, from acting techniques to character development and dramatic expression. Through improvisation, scene work, and monologue practice, you’ll build confidence and develop your skills in storytelling. Whether you’re a first-time actor or an experienced performer, this course will help you unlock your creativity and bring powerful characters to life.

Make exciting 2D games with real-time action! Running and jumping through challenging obstacles, shooting and slashing through enemies — your character can move through any kind of world that you can imagine. Learn how to code movement, collisions, and the AI for non-player characters.

Create legendary heroes whose quests can change the universe! Perfect for campers who want to tell a story, Role Playing Games focus on world-building and character-creation. Will your game be set in a sci-world filled with tanks and helicopters, or a fantasy world of elves and orcs? Will your characters be wizards who fight with fire and ice, or warriors who take up the sword (or both)?
